The M4C Foundation Board of Directors is composed of passionate leaders committed to empowering girls through education, leadership, and service. Together, they provide oversight, vision, and accountability to advance the Foundation’s mission globally.

Samira Maddox – Founder & Executive Director
Founder of Mu Delta Alpha Sorority, Inc. and the M4C Foundation. Provides strategic leadership and oversees national initiatives such as the Lily Leadership Academy, CodeHerForward, and the Sakina Home for Girls.

Board Officers

April Carvington – Board Member
Supports organizational outreach, volunteer engagement, and community partnerships for M4C programs and initiatives.

Mohamed Hassan – Board Member
Oversees financial strategy and compliance, ensuring responsible stewardship of M4C’s programs and resources.

Vice Chair – Vacant
M4C Foundation is seeking a dedicated leader to fill this position to strengthen governance and national expansion efforts.

Secretary – Vacant
To be appointed in the next board cycle to enhance administrative coordination and recordkeeping.
